男，毕业于香港岭南大学。深圳大学马克思主义学院副教授。他长期关注“一带一路”重大项目、东南亚的政治经济学问题、周边外交问题等领域，并承担了国家社科基金、教育部等各种项目九项。其研究成果曾荣获第十一届深圳市哲学社会科学成果奖一等奖、广东省第八届哲学社会科学优秀成果奖三等奖。从事一带一路、中国与东南亚、中缅关系等问题的教学活动。
