    Teaching Briefing of the First Day of Classes — Fall Semester, Academic Year 2025–2026 School of Marxism, Shenzhen University

    On September 1, 2025, undergraduate courses officially began at Shenzhen University. This semester, the School of Marxism offers a total of 221 undergraduate course sessions, with 20 courses commencing as scheduled on the first day. All instructors were well-prepared, arrived punctually, and conducted their classes with diligence and professionalism. Students returned to campus on time, demonstrated high enthusiasm and focus, and showed strong attendance. Overall, teaching activities on the first day of the new semester proceeded smoothly, with orderly classroom discipline and a positive academic atmosphere.

    To ensure high-quality teaching and effective classroom management, Dean Liu Zhi, Vice Dean for Teaching Ren Heng, Undergraduate Teaching Supervisors Associate Professor Liu Haijuan and Associate Professor Guo Xiaoshuo, and Academic Affairs Secretaries Chen Ying and Wu Junru formed an inspection team to conduct on-site classroom visits across both Yuehai and Lihu Campuses on the first day of instruction.

    In response to the university’s initiative to “strengthen teaching ethics and promote learning ethos,” the School of Marxism will continue to enhance classroom supervision, conduct regular and unannounced inspections, and uphold high teaching standards to ensure the quality and effectiveness of classroom instruction throughout the semester.
