In accordance with the requirements of the Publicity Department of the CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee and other departments regarding the main tasks of grassroots theoretical arming work for Guangdong's key schools of Marxism, the School of Marxism of Shenzhen University will, in 2026, select and send to the two cities of Zhuhai and Meizhou a group of outstanding experts and scholars who are politically sound, theoretically accomplished and richly experienced, to deliver no fewer than 10 theoretical tutorial lectures, thereby helping the theoretical study groups of local Party committees (Party leadership groups) to study deeply and comprehend thoroughly the Party's innovative theories.

On the afternoon of May 19, 2026, the Work Committee for Organs Directly Under the CPC Zhuhai Municipal Committee held a special outreach and guidance session for the theoretical study groups of the Party committees (Party leadership groups) of municipal departments, together with a professional training session for study secretaries. Professor Fu Heming of the School of Marxism, Shenzhen University, was invited to deliver a special theoretical tutorial lecture titled "A Holistic Interpretation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era."

Drawing on his profound theoretical grounding and broad academic vision, Professor Fu Heming systematically interpreted Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era from six dimensions, including its theoretical origins, historical positioning and core essence.
