Xu Chang

A member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the Research Center for Ideological and Political Education at Northeast Normal University, with a major in Ideological and Political Education. Currently a PhD candidate, his main research focus is on the development and cultivation of values. He has participated in three major projects funded by the Ministry of Education and the National Social Science Fund.
