Native of Fushun, Liaoning Province, member of the Communist Party of China, Assistant Professor, Ph.D. in Law from Peking University. Graduated from the School of Marxism at China University of Political Science and Law with a major in Ideological and Political Education and a minor in Law, and passed the National Judicial Examination. After graduation, taught for one year at the No. 1 Middle School of the Fourth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Received a Master's degree in the Sinicization of Marxism from the School of Marxism at China University of Political Science and Law, and a Ph.D. in Diplomacy from the School of International Studies at Peking University. Honored as an Outstanding Student of Beijing, Excellent Party Member, and Outstanding Graduate of Peking University. Has led two university-level projects and published several papers. Main research areas include Xi Jinping's diplomatic thought and China's diplomacy as a major power with Chinese characteristics, the history of Chinese diplomacy, Taiwan issues, and US-Taiwan relations. Courses taught include Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, Introduction to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and the Sinicization of Marxism and the Mission of Young Students.
