Biography
Professor Cui Hongyi has conducted extensive research on topics such as technology innovation management, policies for scientific and technological talent, government data governance, and the history of innovation development in special economic zones. He has published over 30 papers in journals such as Chinese Public Administration, Marxism and Reality, and Studies in Science of Science, and authored three academic monographs.
Academic Interests
His academic interests include the Sinicization of Marxism, innovation management, and policies for scientific and technological talent.
